The Judge Control Menu enables the operator to manage mobile devices connecting to the App.

  • Create Room: Generates a room on the server with a designated Room ID, allowing up to three judges to connect.

  • Stop/Reset: Closes the room and disconnects all connected users.

  • Connected Devices: The system maintains a list of connected devices, which can be managed through a dropdown menu. This allows the operator to remove specific users from the network.

  • If one of the connected judges disconnects or leaves the room, the operator is immediately alerted. This ensures the operator can take appropriate action, such as reassigning judges or troubleshooting connectivity issues.

    • If a judge disconnects, they can rejoin the session using the same Room ID and Judge Name. This allows them to seamlessly reconnect and continue participating without needing a new assignment.

Once a judge is connected, they can seamlessly send to the App.

Operators Judge UI

can observe the results of the judges' votes in real time while also receiving software confirmations.

Reset the judges' .

Control whether judges submit their votes automatically. In auto mode, do not need to validate attempts as 'Valid' or 'Fail' manually. Instead, the system waits for all judges to cast their votes. Once all votes are received, there is a 3-second delay (modifiable) before the final vote is triggered.
